Our Mission
The mission of the church library is to operate as an essential part of the church of Christ at East Side’s community by cultivating and edifying life-long learners with a Christian worldview Terms and Conditions Members of the church of Christ at East Side may borrow up to one (1) item for a two-week loan period. Item may be renewed for one additional loan period of two weeks, provided that the item has not been requested by another user. It is the borrower’s responsibility to ensure that items are returned to the Library on time. Fines are not charged, but everyone should feel responsible for returning materials on time so that others may use them. It is the borrowers responsibility to return items in the same physical shape as it was when borrowed. Borrowers are responsible for replacing damaged or lost items. When replacing items, they should be in similar physical condition as the item prior to it being damaged or lost. Certain publications such as concordances, minister’s pulpit reference tools, and Greek reference tools are reference only. Reference materials are to remain in the Library at all times. They are not available for check out. Library Usage Meeting organizers will be responsible for ensuring the Library is cleaned of all trash and furniture must be returned to its original placement. |
